What you’ll do: Stand up and operationalise the AI Workforce COE; set cadence, milestones and reporting to assist in the embedment of AI adoption at scale across the business. In collaboration with business, lead the team to define critical roles, recraft job architecture and position descriptions and apply retention strategies for key talent; align rewards/recognition and update performance management incl. alignment to PwC frameworks Lead the roll out of HITL standards and manager expectations training for AI-enabled work; set thresholds and escalation paths, documentation, and escalations (dependency with R&Q stream/ Responsible AI requirements) Model potential org structures (Pods vs Broader teams), spans/layers, and supervisory ratios; recommend options for Business selection. Build the skills framework and plan training and ongoing upskilling for immediate business-critical (BIG) needs and for launch and scale Assist the business in transitioning of both onshore and offshore teams; manage employee relations/experience, consultations, and policy alignment and mobility/redeployment/hiring as needed Capture lessons learned and codify firmwide people frameworks and adoption playbooks to guide subsequent waves of transformation. In partnership with the business as well as the central project change and communications capability, design and deliver the overall comms plan and strategic change narrative. Lead a multidisciplinary, decentralised team (workforce, analytics, risks, change, org design, HR, tech) Provide clear instruction and program management reporting to enable strong collaboration. Foster a culture of inclusion, psychological safety, ethical responsibility, and continuous learning/experimentation. Lead communities of practice to upskill practitioners across business units; scale enablement through train-the-trainer models. Coach leaders on agentic ways of working and HITL expectations; support teams through transition with empathy and clarity. Champion wellbeing and safe, sustainable adoption of AI-enabled ways of working. What we’re looking for: 12-15 years in organisational development/effectiveness and complex enterprise transformation, including operating model redesign and large scale, people centred change. Proven leadership standing up and running a transformation CoE or program, with budget ownership (approvals via SteerCo ) and oversight of external partners. Experience with enterprise job architecture design; role evaluation criteria; spans/layers and supervisory ratios; organisation modelling; performance and rewards alignment; end‑to‑end employee lifecycle redesign. Strategic workforce planning and workforce analytics experience; HRIS/data literacy to inform role/skills decisions and adoption insights. Demonstrated experience partnering with risk/governance teams to establish frameworks and guardrails to define HITL standards Change and communications leadership; senior stakeholder management across lines of service; design and roll‑out of learning and credential pathways. Understanding of AI agentic operating models is ideal; strong adjacent transformations (automation, analytics‑enabled delivery, digital ways of working) are highly valued.
